The Epicurean Brunch at the Hotel Royal

Through delicate, refined dishes, and tables set with white linen and china, Patrice Vander has created his own version of the brunch. A “royal” buffet featuring the classics cooked to order on the live cooking stations. When the weather allows, the Epicurean brunch moves out onto the terrace to fully appreciate the awe-inspiring view of Lake Geneva.
