Cocktail Academy

Davide Trupia, the Bar Director, invites you to join him behind the Hotel Royal’s iconic bar. During a mixology workshop, he will share his passion and expertise with you for a haute-couture cocktail experience. Shakers to the ready!

He knows every cocktail recipe inside out. He is a maestro, a skilful alchemist, but above all a passionate specialist of spirits and aromas in search of that spark that will captivate your heart from the very first sip of his creations.

The “Cocktail Academy” special offer includes:
 

• A 2-hour group workshop with a least 4 people, alongside Davide Trupia
• Taking it in turns to make and taste cocktails
• A complimentary Hôtel Royal mixology kit
