A 4-hour class from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In the heart of the hotel kitchens, learn chefs' cooking techniques. Once the main courses have been made, Pastry Chef Clément Pouillotte will guide you through creating delicious desserts.

The lesson time includes preparing the food, plating up and tasting the food.
